ReTargeter Wins Digiday Award for Best Direct Response Campaign
San Francisco, CA — June 14, 2013 — ReTargeter, the leader in online display advertising and retargeting, today announced that it has won the Digiday Award for Best Direct Response Campaign, which recognizes excellence in a direct response campaign run on at least one or more digital platforms for the purpose of lead generation or conversions. Of the 19 finalists, ReTargeter was the only advertising technology to win an award this year.
The Digiday Awards honor excellence and achievement in media, marketing, and advertising. Among the finalists in a variety of categories include advertising agencies, journalists, and publishers. The awards were presented at City Winery in New York City on June 11, 2013 at the Digiday Awards Gala.
ReTargeters client BustedTees was looking to re-engage with customers who hadnt made a purchase, visited their website, or opened an email in a significant period of time. To reach those users, BustedTees turned to ReTargeter for CRM Retargeting, an innovative form of retargeting that allows advertisers to serve display ads to people with nothing but an email or mailing address.
To win the 2013 Digiday Award for Best Direct Response Campaign is a tremendous honor, said Arjun Dev Arora, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ReTargeter. “Helping our clients succeed with their retargeting campaigns is our top priority, and the BustedTees campaign was no exception.
The campaign enhanced traditional direct mail and email marketing with targeted display ads. When compared to a control group, the users who were shown display ads via the CRM Retargeting campaign were four times more likely to make a purchase, resulting in an ROI of 390%.
The companys CRM Retargeting solution, launched in December 2012, has been a major success driver for the SF-based company. Since its founding in 2009, ReTargeter has expanded its product offering to include site, email, search, and social media retargeting, in addition to targeted display advertising across a variety of ad exchanges and networks.
