NABR Names ReTargeter Best and Brightest in Wellness™

The National Association for Business Resources (NABR) recently named ReTargeter Best and Brightest in Wellness™ nationally, along with other well-known companies such as Zappos.com, Lending Tree, and PhRMA. This program, co-presented with Wellco, the nation’s leading wellness systems provider, recognizes organizations that put a strong emphasis on worksite health and wellness.

The companies were evaluated by using the WellCompanies evaluation, crafted and administered by Wellco. Organizations were examined based on eight criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness including awareness-motivation, assessment-intervention, environment, incentives-integration, health care costs, leadership, measurement, and policies.

“Our list of nationally recognized companies is impressive. Health and wellness programs are key to retaining a healthy workforce and managing health care costs. We are proud to recognize those companies that have demonstrated excellence in this endeavor,” said Jennifer Kluge, NABR President.

The organizations selected will be recognized in the December 5, 2013 online edition of Corp! Magazine. The winning companies will also receive additional recognition and resources as a national winner. According to the NABR, “The Best and Brightest in Wellness celebrates those companies that are making their businesses more healthy, the lives of their employees better, and the community a healthier to place to live. The Best and Brightest program provides yearlong education, benchmarking, assessment tools and interaction amongst the best employers.”
